How do I know if my insurance covers your services?
The best way to check your insurance coverage is to call the member number on the back of your insurance card and inquire about our services.
Do you prescribe medications at your clinic?
We do not prescribe medications at the clinic. However, we can suggest a prescriber if you are seeking medication management in addition to mental health counseling.
What can I expect during the initial phone call?
We will take down basic demographic and insurance information. We will discuss the reason you are seeking counseling in order to confirm that our therapeutic experience and competency meets your counseling needs. Lastly, we will discuss scheduling the first appointment and scheduling availability going forward.
What do I need to bring to the initial appointment?
Prior to your initial appointment we will send you a link to a secure portal in which you can electronically sign the initial paperwork and complete a questionnaire. Please complete the online paperwork prior to your initial appointment and reach out with any questions that you have.
